Where do you want to stay?
TROPICAL
Spend your time luxuriating in the beautiful tiki hut you have chosen. Our most economical lots to rent. No direct access to the water from the lot; however, you have easy access to the public dock on the canal as well as the resort pool. Bring some games and have fun with the family! Make some happy memories here.
CANAL
Enjoy the view from your private dock on the beautiful canal. Relax as you watch the tropical fish dart around that dock with coffee or cocktail in hand. Endless fun awaits those that love to paddle, float, and swim. Plus, the Canal provides access to the Bay.
BAYFRONT
Each bayfront lot is a peaceful oasis with vast views of the open water. Every day you will be steps away from sunbathing, snorkeling, and sunrise-watching from your private dock. It’s as close to perfect as it gets!

With so many lots to choose from, there’s a luxurious lot for every adventurer. You may be a couple looking to completely disconnect from the media & news and get closer to nature. Or you may be celebrating a milestone birthday with family and friends and want a big gathering place for everyone to connect. Or maybe you’re staying for a few weeks and want the comforts of everyday life close by.
Our levels of luxury are designed to communicate the additional space, seating, and amenities across all of our lots. Because each lot is 100% unique, we encourage you to use this tiered system to find a lot with the characteristics that matter to you most.
SILVER
Basic
Silver lots are all about the simple pleasures, nothing fancy, but comfortable and a great basecamp for your Keys adventures. Save the cash to spend on watersports or in Key West at the restaurant bars and attractions. But hurry these money-saving spaces can move quickly!
GOLD
Standard
Our resort standard offering, the lots get more luxurious and so does the list of amenities. An upgrade from the Basic to further enhance your enjoyment and still not break the Bank for your Keys Adventure!
PLATINUM
Top of the Line
Looking for luxurious lounging furniture, amazing decorations, and the most amenities to pamper yourself and your family? These lots are top-of-the-line and just what the Doctor ordered to pamper your cares away.
PLATINUM PLUS
Over the Top
When you’re ready to go big and splurge for a special celebration, these large lots will exceed your expectations. All the benefits of our Platinum lots but with much more space. Your personal paradise awaits!
Resort Facilities
While every lot is equipped with essential amenities, our communal facilities are designed to enhance your overall experience. As fellow RV enthusiasts, we believe you’ll appreciate these extra advantages! Alongside complete hook-ups featuring 30 & 50 amp service, indulge in the following offerings:
- Clubhouse: A gathering spot for friends and family to enjoy games and quality time.
- FIBER High-Speed Wi-Fi & HD cable: Stay connected throughout the resort and each lot, allowing you to conserve data for your outdoor adventures.
- People and dog parks: Beautifully landscaped parks located at the front of the resort.
- Bluewater Key Front Park: A vibrant area with green grass, picnic tables, a communal tiki hut, horseshoe courts & cornhole, and a dog park. It is ideal for morning yoga sessions or meeting fellow guests.
- Community Dock: A 200’ dock next to the “Tropical lots” offering individual 25’ boat slips for rent at a nominal daily rate. It also features a boat launch for shallow draft boats (12 to 18 inches).
- Kayak Launch: Utilize our kayak launch dock behind the tropical lots, designed with a built-in feature for easy and safe docking and launching.
- Swimming Pool: Temperature-controlled and suitable for both laps and afternoon splashes with the kids.
- Public showers & restrooms: Enjoy the convenience of multiple shower facilities when preparing for the day.
- Large laundry facilities: For extended stays, make use of our spacious, clean washers and dryers.
- Curbside trash pickup & recycling: Simplifying the process of keeping both the resort and your RV site neat and tidy.
Additionally, we offer a storage facility for a fee and ice for purchase, providing further convenience during your stay.
