Rates & Reservations Policy
- Base Rate: Rates are calculated for two adults. An additional fee of $10 per day (plus tax) applies for each person aged 13 and older.
- Taxes: Please note that prices do not include Florida tax.
- Occupancy Limits: Each RV is limited to a maximum of six people, regardless of age. Guests may host up to ten people on their site during the day; however, all daily visitors must leave the park by 10:00 PM.
- Platinum Plus Lots: Pricing for Platinum Plus lots varies. For specific rates, please contact our reservations office at 305-745-2494.
- Amenities Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure that the amenities depicted in our photos are available, we cannot guarantee that every amenity shown will be provided. We make every effort to offer accurate pricing based on our tiered pricing levels.
- Payment Methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards only. Please note that we do not accept checks, cash, or American Express.
Minimum Stay Requirements
We require a 3-night minimum stay for advance reservations.
- Advance Reservations are reservations made more than 7 days before arrival.
- Reservations made less than 7 days from arrival have no minimum stay requirement. Call the reservations office at 305-745-2494 if you would like to make a reservation for less than the required minimum stay, and you will arrive in less than 7 days.
Holidays – 4-night minimum stay for advance reservations for the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Mini Lobster
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Years
Other Fees
Community Dock Boat Slip Fees
- Daily Fee: $10 (+ tax)
- Availability: Boat slips are available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Length Restrictions: Boats must not exceed 24 feet in length.
- Reservation: Due to limited space, we recommend calling our reservations office at 305-745-2494 to secure your boat slip when booking your site.
- Shallow Draft Warning: Please be aware that our bay is shallow, with depths of only 12 inches in some areas. The waters surrounding the resort are suitable for shallow draft boats only.
Storage Fees

Boat trailers, enclosed trailers, car dollies, and similar storage trailers cannot be kept at your site. All storage trailers must be stored in the designated storage area at the following daily rate (+ tax). Due to limited space, we recommend calling our reservations office at 305-745-2494 to reserve your storage space when booking your site.
Important Guidelines:
- The storage area is restricted access. Entry is authorized only for designated personnel.
- Please do not walk pets, ride bikes, or drive any vehicles into the storage area without prior authorization.
Additional Fees
- Vehicle & RV Washing Fee: A fee of $20 applies for washing RVs and $10 for washing standard vehicles. Please note that fees are subject to change.
- Electric Vehicle Charging Fee: Charging electric vehicles incurs a fee of $10 per day.
