- Rates are based on two adults, every person age 13 and over is an additional $10 per day plus tax.
- Prices do not include Florida Tax.
- 6 person maximum per RV regardless of age.
- Guests are allowed to have up to 10 people on the site during the day. All daily visitors must exit the park by 10:00 PM.

- We cannot guarantee every amenity shown in the photos, but every effort is made to ensure the appropriate rate based on our tiered pricing levels.
- MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards only. We do not accept checks, cash, or American Express.
Are there minimum stay requirements?
We require a 3-night minimum stay for advance reservations.
- Advance Reservations are reservations made more than 7 days before arrival.
- Reservations made less than 7 days from arrival have no minimum stay requirement. Call the reservations office at 305-745-2494 if you would like to make a reservation for less than the required minimum stay, and you will arrive in less than 7 days.
Holidays – 4-night minimum stay for advance reservations for the following holidays:

Other Fees
Community Dock Boat Slip Fees
- Boat Slip Fee $10 Daily (+ Tax)
- Available to guests if slips are available
- Boat length restriction, 24’ maximum length
- Space is limited. Call the reservations office at 305-745-2494 to reserve your storage space when you book your site
- Please note, our bay is very shallow, 12 inches in some areas. The area surrounding the resort is for shallow draft boats only
Storage Fees

Boat trailers, enclosed trailers, car dollys, etc, can NOT be kept at your site. All storage type trailers must be kept in the BWK storage area at the below listed daily rate + tax. Space is limited. Call the reservations office at 305-745-2494 to reserve your storage space when you book your site.
The Storage Area is a restricted area. Authorized entry only. Do not walk pets, ride bikes, or drive any vehicle into the storage area without authorization.
Services
ICE: Ice is available for purchase at the office during office hours
STORAGE: Storage accommodations are available for storage trailers, tow dollys, and boat trailers. Storage and towing items can not be kept on the sites. Call the office for rates and availability
FEE FOR WASHING VEHICLES: $20 for RV. $10 for vehicles. Fees are subject to change
FEE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING: $10 per day for charging electric vehicles.

Many of our privately-owned sites are available for rent through the reservation’s office, call 305-745-2494 to speak to a friendly staff member or use the Book Online button at the top of the page to view availability.
It is the specific intent of the Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation to maintain the RV Resort as an exclusive luxury RV resort. To be used solely by RV’s having their own bath, toilet, and kitchen facilities, which shall be hooked up to existing water, sewer, and electric utilities provided at each lot.
RV REQUIREMENTS:
- RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) certified RVs only.
- All RVs must be self-contained and equipped with a bath, toilet, and kitchen facilities.
- Non-RVIA vehicles such as buses, box trucks, or storage trailers converted into motorhomes or travel trailers are prohibited.
- Soft-sided pop-out trailers, hybrids, truck campers, and tents are prohibited.
- Commercial semi-tractor trailer tow vehicles and tow trucks are not permitted.
- Washing of RVs or vehicles at the site is subject to a fee. Prior permission and payment are required; please get in touch with the office.
- Maintenance work on RVs or vehicles on sites is not permitted.
