When the weather heats up, you’ll enjoy the tropical breeze coming off the bay. Catch some sun on the dock or sit on the concrete patio and take in the beautiful view from the water’s edge. No close-up houses, pool noise, or laundry room traffic to contend with here. The stationary dock is equipped with a swim ladder for a dip in the bay or launching kayaks. No need to grow sea legs since this dock doesn’t bob or rock with the movement of the water like the floating ones do! The sunrise in the morning, the stars at night, and an occasional full moon over the bay are delightful. Our well-maintained pet park and people park are both across the street, providing a beautiful tropically landscaped view instead of other coaches in your immediate view. Because Lot #73 is located off the main entrance drive, there is very little park traffic, and US Highway 1 is far enough away not to be a noise issue. So, come on down, relax, and enjoy!
