You’ll be glad for the tropical breeze coming off the bay when the weather heats up. Enjoy some sun on the dock or sit on the patio and take in the beautiful view from the water’s edge. No close-up houses, no pool noise, and no laundry room traffic nearby. The stationary dock is equipped with a swim ladder for a dip in the bay or launching kayaks. This dock doesn’t bob and rock with the movement of the water like the floating ones do! The sunrise in the morning, the stars at night, and an occasional full moon over the bay are delightful. Our well-maintained pet park and people park are both across the street, providing a beautiful tropically landscaped view instead of other coaches in your immediate view. Because our lot is located off the main entrance drive, there is very little park traffic, and US Highway 1 is far enough away not to be a noise issue.
