The tiki also features a bamboo backsplash and end caps, a sink with a hot water heater below, a full-size refrigerator, and a 40” TV. Accent lighting and two ceiling fans with light fixtures complete the space. The furnishings include a teak table with cushioned chairs, a seating area with a loveseat, two side chairs (also with cushions), a coffee table, and two ottomans. Brick pavers cover the entire parking area, the interior of the tiki, and the outdoor patio. Outside, you will find a waterside concrete table with benches, lounge chairs, and a floating dock with a swim ladder. In addition, there is a beautiful 5’ sculpture of dolphins playing in the water. Finally, the included storage trailer contains a bounty of extras, including a Club Car golf cart, a kayak, a gas grill, two aluminum beach cruiser bicycles, and other assorted lot ornaments. We have passionately loved Bluewater for 25 years and have owned Lot #59 for 22 of them. Every winter, we expanded, improved, upgraded, and refreshed.
