Welcome to Paradise on Lot 57! You will have a great time staying in our Tiki, decorated with colorful signs and figures of Key West. Every morning you face a beautiful sunrise that you can view from the tiki, the permanent dock, or even from your motorhome.
Our Tiki has windscreens, cabinets with Corian countertops, and a beverage refrigerator. Lighting in the roof of the Tiki is very romantic, and there two ceiling fans with lights if needed. There is a glass-top dining table with 4 chairs. 4 more chairs are outside for taking in the scenery. Two wicker swivel rockers with ottomans and a wicker loveseat with new cushions make it very comfortable to sit and gaze at the water or watch the flat-screen TV. Wicker coffee table and 3 side tables.
We have extensive gardens and beautiful lighting along the path. Lush landscaping makes this lot very private. There is plenty of room for a big rig, and your car and the pavers are comfortable walking on. The permanent dock is lit and has an underwater light that comes on at dusk. Just wait until you see all the fish!! Most are Mangrove Snappers. Be sure to share your leftovers with them! Swim ladder on the dock. You can walk down the stone steps into the water with your beach chair, it’s a great place to sit in the sun and stay cool with your feet in the water. The large palm trees and tropical plants provide shade for relaxing out of the sun.
