At its center is a bespoke Tiki Pavilion, an outdoor living environment crafted for refined coastal living. Completely reimagined in March 2026, the space now features all-new, upgraded designer furnishings, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting. Three ceiling fans, integrated lighting, and custom windscreens ensure year-round comfort.
