Welcome to our piece of paradise here in the beautiful Florida Keys. We would be happy to have you stay on our lush private canal lot with a private dock.

We have plenty of room to accommodate your big rigs. Enjoy the full paver lot on your bare feet from your RV to the spacious Tiki. Enjoy the large fenced deck overlooking the Blue Water Canal. The tropical landscape and lighting invite you out to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktails in the evening in your Tiki. We are just steps away from the beautifully landscaped dog park.

The Tiki is newly appointed with wicker furniture, 50” HDTV, a large refrigerator/freezer with water and ice maker, a large sink w/ hot & cold water, microwave, 3 ceiling fans w/lights, rope lighting, and full windscreens.

Step out of the Tiki onto the oversized fenced deck complete with a table and chairs with an umbrella. A great place to soak up the warm Florida sun, fish, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical island weather. At night enjoy sipping your favorite beverages while watching the spectacular fish show just off your dock with your own underwater light.

The deck and dock are ready for your preferred choice of water sports. Tie up at your private dock, complete with bumpers, rinse station, and swim ladder.
