Rules and Policies
2024 Summer/Fall Season from
May 1 through October 31, 2024
2024 SUMMER POLICY EXCEPTION
New Minimum Length Requirement:
To better accommodate the growing popularity of Class B motorhomes, vans, and travel trailers, we are reducing the minimum length requirement to 16 feet. This change directly responds to the increased demand of many travelers eager to explore the beautiful Florida Keys with more compact and versatile vehicles. All vehicles must be commercially built RVs and fully self-contained.
Class B Vans – Enhanced Flexibility:
Understanding that those who travel in Class B vans often rely on their vehicle as their sole means of transportation, we are adjusting our policies to offer more flexibility. Class B vans can now come and go daily between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. This adjustment ensures that our guests can enjoy their stay at Bluewater Key while taking full advantage of day trips to Key West or any other local attractions without the hassle and expense of getting a rental vehicle.

- Place cigarette butts in proper receptacles. Please do not put in planters.
- The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort. The use of Bow & arrows, slingshots and air guns is PROHIBITED.
